Visiting New Caledonia with Awaceb

Tchia is being made by Awaceb. The studio’s founders were raised in New Caledonia, a small French territory to the east of Australia, and their debut title draws inspiration from their childhoods there. In September, I travelled to New Caledonia and spent time with the Awaceb team, learning more about the culture, communities and landscape that make it such a memorable setting.
