Professionals looking to broaden their expertise in customer loyalty can access BonifiQ Academy’s university extension course in Loyalty free of charge for 30 days. The initiative is intended to bring professionals closer to a field that has become increasingly prominent within businesses but remains only lightly represented in conventional education.
BonifiQ, a platform providing Loyalty and customer engagement solutions for physical and digital retail, developed the course using experience gained from implementing more than 400 loyalty programmes.
The course has academic endorsement from a higher education institution accredited by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and follows the guidelines of the National Education Council (CNE). Free access is available through the BonifiQ Academy platform, with enrolment available on the company’s website.
Loyalty market increases demand for professionals
The course has been launched during a period of growth for Brazil’s loyalty market. According to the Brazilian Association of Loyalty Market Companies (ABEMF), the sector generated R$ 6.3 billion in the first quarter of 2026 and reached 306 million participants in loyalty programmes. This figure represents growth of more than 11% compared with the same period in 2025.
As retention, CRM and customer experience strategies have progressed, companies have increasingly sought professionals who can create relationship-building initiatives, encourage repeat purchasing and use data to understand customer behaviour.
BonifiQ Academy’s training programme was designed to introduce content relevant to this environment. It covers loyalty programme planning, CRM applied to Loyalty, Customer Experience, consumer behaviour, retention, engagement, gamification and performance indicators.
The course also sets out methods for creating and managing loyalty programmes, drawing on projects delivered by the company itself across different physical and digital retail sectors.
Course combines theoretical content with practical experience
As it is structured as a university extension course, the programme provides participants with certification. Its study hours may also count towards supplementary undergraduate activities, subject to the rules of each educational institution.
The course is intended to connect academic content with practical market application. To achieve this, it uses projects and experience amassed by BonifiQ while implementing loyalty strategies as its reference point.
Topics include defining Loyalty strategies, customer relationships, indicator analysis, customer experience and engagement mechanisms. The content also covers gamification, a tool used in loyalty programmes to encourage consumer participation.
The programme is aimed at professionals already working, or intending to work, in marketing, CRM, customer experience, relationship management, data and loyalty-related roles.
Academy becomes part of BonifiQ’s portfolio
BonifiQ Academy is one of the four areas that currently make up the company’s portfolio. BonifiQ Affiliates focuses on acquiring new customers, while BonifiQ Engage concentrates on engagement strategies and campaign personalisation based on consumer behaviour data.
BonifiQ Loyalty, in turn, focuses on retention and repeat purchasing. Academy completes the offering through the training of professionals and businesses.
Together, the four areas address different stages of the relationship between brands and consumers, from acquisition through to retention. With Academy, the company expands its work into professional education and the sharing of knowledge about relationship-building and loyalty strategies.
